A rapid-response, 1-3 day, ethnographic diagnostic for stalled initiatives or overwhelmed teams. We come to your campus, observe the daily realities of your school, sit down with your staff, and let them "dump" their problems. Using our Sphere of Influence framework, we organize those frustrations into an immediate, practical action plan that your team can confidently execute tomorrow.

When you need to bring a specific part of your strategic plan to life, we lead the training. Every workshop is highly interactive, problem-centered, and designed specifically for how adults actually learn. We guarantee your teachers will walk away with strategies they can use the very next day.
