Andragogy (Not Pedagogy)

Before we change anything, we deeply immerse ourselves in the community.

We listen, observe, and learn directly from the people affected by the change.

Schools often train teachers the way they teach children. We design for Andragogy (adult learning). Adults are intrinsically motivated by immediate relevance; they need practical tools they can use tomorrow.

Professional Capital

The ultimate goal of our consulting is to build your school’s Professional Capital—the combination of individual talent, collaborative power, and the expertise to make sound judgments. Building this ensures your school retains its culture, even when individual teachers leave.
