With over 15 years of experience in education, I am a trained researcher and consultant, committed to fostering equity and justice in learning environments. My expertise spans strategic planning, DEI training, school improvement, social-emotional learning, and special education advocacy. Throughout my career, I have worked in rural and urban settings across diverse socioeconomic backgrounds, including in New York, Maryland, Colorado, California, Washington, DC, and Cartagena, Colombia. My approach is rooted in community-responsive and ethnographic principles, ensuring that each solution is tailored to the unique needs and context of the community.

As a former teacher, vice-principal, dean of equity and inclusion, and principal, I bring a deep understanding of both the challenges and opportunities that educators face. I collaborate with schools and families to empower educators, elevate student success, and create lasting, meaningful change. Every project I undertake is guided by my commitment to listening, learning, and designing thoughtful strategies that promote inclusivity and growth, with a focus on the lived experiences of all individuals involved.
