Using our Sphere of Influence framework, we organize those frustrations into an immediate, practical action plan that your team can confidently execute tomorrow.

Targeted PD Leadership

When you need to bring a specific part of your strategic plan to life, we lead the training. Every workshop is highly interactive, problem-centered, and designed specifically for how adults actually learn. We guarantee your teachers will walk away with strategies they can use the very next day.

Project Coaching & Coalition Building

We offer ongoing coaching to help school leaders guide complex, systemic changes. We help you identify your "Change Team"—the Innovators, Engineers, and Lobbyists on your staff who can champion the project, navigate the school's political landscape, and ensure the initiative thrives long after we leave.
